How We Share Information

Service Providers

We may provide information to companies that help us operate our website and business, including hosting companies, website providers, email platforms, communications providers, analytics services, professional advisers, and technology support providers. These providers may use information only as necessary to perform services for us or as otherwise permitted by law.

AI-Assisted Tools

FAC Marketing may use artificial intelligence assisted tools to support design, content development, and production. SMS Terms and Conditions

Text Messages and Consent

FAC Marketing uses SMS for conversational and informational communications, specifically to reply to inquiries and provide project updates. FAC Marketing does not use this SMS program to send promotional or marketing messages.

You may opt in by checking an optional, unchecked SMS consent box on a FAC Marketing website form or by sending FAC Marketing a text message first. When you initiate a text exchange, we may reply about your inquiry and related project updates. Providing a telephone number by itself does not constitute consent to receive automated or marketing text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

Depending on the communication you request, messages may include:

  • Responses to an inquiry
  • Project updates related to your work with FAC Marketing

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message. We will also honor other reasonable requests to stop messages. After an opt-out request, we may send one confirmation message and will then stop the applicable text communications unless you later provide new consent.

For assistance, reply HELP, email info@facmarketing.com, or call 1-800-800-5809.

No mobile opt-in information or text-message consent will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may use communications platforms, wireless carriers, and service providers solely as necessary to deliver messages, support the messaging program, maintain consent and opt-out records, prevent fraud, or comply with law. These providers may not use mobile opt-in information or text-message consent for their own marketing.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Email Communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional email communications by using the unsubscribe link included in the email or by contacting us. We may continue to send non-promotional communications that are necessary for an existing business relationship, project, transaction, or legal obligation.

Data Retention and Security

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and consent records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods may vary according to the type of information and the reason it was collected.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website, electronic transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use care when sending personal information online.

International Visitors and Transfers

FAC Marketing is based in the United States. If you access our website or services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or another country where our service providers operate. Where applicable law requires it, we use legally recognized safeguards or exceptions for international transfers.
